Who we are

Wemake Deals (operated by Wemake Deals, Egyptian Commercial Register #295024, hereafter "we", "us", "the agency") is a Cairo-based real-estate media-buying agency. We run advertising campaigns on Meta and Google on behalf of real-estate broker partners and forward the leads those campaigns generate to the brokers through this platform.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to the web application at www.wemake.deals and to our iOS and Android mobile apps (the "Service").

Information we collect

From broker users

• Account details: name, email address, phone number, the real-estate company you represent, and a hashed password (we never see your password in plain text).
• Activity: which leads you opened, how you tagged them, comments you wrote, when you called a lead through our tracker.
• Device information: device type, operating system version, and an anonymous push notification token if you enable notifications.

From the leads your campaigns generate

When a person submits a Meta lead form for one of your campaigns, Meta forwards us the answers they provided — typically name, phone number, email, and any custom questions you configured. We pass these to you (the broker) so you can follow up.

From integrations (Meta, Google, Zoho)

With your authorisation, we read campaign performance, ad creative, and billing information from your connected advertising accounts. We never write to your ad accounts without an explicit action from you.

How we use the information

• To deliver the Service (run campaigns, route leads, calculate billing).
• To notify you when a new lead arrives (by email and push notification, where enabled).
• To debug, monitor, and improve the platform.
• To bill you for our management fee and pass through ad-spend invoices.
• To comply with Egyptian tax + commercial law obligations.

We do not sell or rent any personal data to third parties. We do not use lead data to train AI models.

Who has access

• You and your team: anyone with broker login credentials for your company.
• Wemake Deals staff: on a need-to-know basis for support and operations.
• Sub-processors we rely on to operate the platform:
  • Supabase (PostgreSQL database, EU-West region)
  • Vercel (web hosting, US region)
  • Resend / Gmail (transactional email delivery)
  • Zoho (invoicing and accounting)
  • Meta and Google (advertising platforms you authorised)
  • Apple Push Notification Service and Firebase Cloud Messaging (push delivery, if you enable it)

Where data is stored

Primary storage is in EU-West (Ireland) via Supabase. Some processing happens in the US (Vercel edge functions, Resend). All data in transit is encrypted (TLS 1.2+). All data at rest in Supabase is encrypted.

How long we keep it

• Broker accounts: for as long as you have an active relationship with us, plus 7 years for tax records.
• Lead data: 5 years after submission (so brokers can follow up on cold leads later).
• Audit logs: 2 years.
• Push notification tokens: until the device unregisters or you delete the app.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• See what we hold about you (right of access).
• Correct inaccuracies (right of rectification).
• Delete your account and associated data (right of erasure, subject to legal retention obligations).
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Object to certain uses of your data.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use first-party cookies only. They store your login session and remember UI preferences (which tab you last had open, whether the sidebar is collapsed, etc.). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies on this platform.

Children

The Service is a business tool for real-estate brokers. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change, we'll email all active broker accounts and post a notice in the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The current version is always available at this URL.
